Why Is Kay Flock In Jail?

Kay Flock is jailed and convicted for the murder of Oscar Hernandez. The dispute occurred outside a barbershop in Harlem, New York, on December 16th, 2021. Surveillance footage shows Kay Flock walking nearby with two girls, then Hernandez approaches the rapper outside the video frame. After a short time, the victim falls into the camera frame and dies. The rapper will now be facing life behind bars by the Southern District of New York.

After the incident on December 16th, 2021, Key Flock turned himself in on the 23rd. A warrant was issued for the rapper’s arrest, and he is now facing prison time. Recently, Kay Flock hired lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman, who represented El Chapo in 2018. The New York native also had John Gotti Jr as a client. It’s clear that Kay Flock is now served a life sentence and will likely not be able to make music anymore.
