Megan Thee Stallion and Fashion Nova partner up to give 1 Million Dollars towards scholarships for young women.
To celebrate 2021 International Women’s Day, Megan Thee Stallion announces a million dollar scholarship fund for young women. The female hip hop rapper partnered with Fashion Nova to hand out a variety of scholarships and grants to aspiring women entrepreneurs. The campaign is named “Women On Top” and it extends the financial aid to all female students, women-owned businesses, and women-focused charities.
In celebration to Women’s History Month, Fashion Nova and Megan Thee Stallion are also offering $25K to selected individuals. Megan comments on the plan “I’m excited to collaborate with Fashion Nova Cares on the Women on Top initiative and be part of giving $1 million to support women-led businesses and organizations,”. Megan continues, “These donations are life changing and will help women of all ages get one step closer to making their dreams a reality.”
Fashion Nova and Megan Thee Stallion Gives $25K To YMCA
The female hip hop artist announced the first receiver of the $25k installment. The winner is her hometown YMCA in Houston, TX. She also helped her hometown in times of the Texas winter freeze where temperatures dropped significant levels.
It is an incredible thing how much Megan is putting into the development of the community. In October, she launched another Scholarship Fund for women of color who are attending high school. Check out the tweet below.
