Lil Wayne appears to have slid into Teen Mom reality star Rachel Beaver’s DMs shortly after announcing that he is single, according to screenshots shared with HipHopWired.
The report says Beaver initiated the conversation first, telling Tunechi, “Fly me out I won’t say anything like the last one.” From there, Wayne asked for Beaver’s number, and the two then moved into text messages where they reportedly worked on timing for Beaver to connect with the New Orleans rapper in Los Angeles.
According to the screenshots, the back-and-forth included discussions about Beaver linking up with Tunechi in Los Angeles. Beaver also later spoke with HipHopWired, saying she does not see anything wrong with having a little fun and receiving a free flight to the West Coast.
“I don’t care if you’re Lil Wayne or Joe on the corner…you’re paying for my flight. That’s how I roll, and that’s just how it works.”
In the exchange, Wayne also sent a short, late-night message to Beaver, writing, “want u.”
There is no confirmation in the report that a meetup has taken place. However, HipHopWired notes that based on the messages, both sides appear to be down to make it happen.
