Chris Brown and Yella Beezy Face $50 Million Lawsuit Over Backstage Fight

July 23rd 08:47

Chris Brown and Yella Beezy have reportedly been named in a $50 million lawsuit following an alleged altercation at a recent show. The lawsuit, which also names Chris Brown’s entourage member Sinko Ceej and concert promoter Live Nation as defendants, was filed by plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell.

According to news from TMZ, the incident occurred backstage at Chris Brown’s 11:11 Tour in Fort Worth, TX, on July 20. The plaintiffs allege they were invited backstage along with approximately 40 women. Charles Bush claims that upon greeting Chris Brown, one of the singer’s team members reminded Brown of a previous conflict, saying, “Man, you don’t remember you two were beefing?”

Bush recounts that Chris Brown responded, “Oh yeah, we were. What’s up, n-gga? I don’t forget shit,” before instructing his crew to assault Bush. Bush alleges he was then surrounded by seven to ten people who punched, kicked, and even threw a chair at his head.

Larry Parker claims that Chris Brown instructed Yella Beezy to assault him, which led to Parker also being punched and kicked. All four people involved say they suffered serious injuries that required medical treatment, and at least one of them is still hospitalized, as stated by their attorney, Tony Buzbee.

In a statement to the press, Buzbee said, “My clients were brutally attacked without provocation. We are seeking justice and accountability for the physical and emotional trauma they have endured.”

Neither Chris Brown nor Yella Beezy has publicly commented on the lawsuit or the alleged incident at this time. Live Nation has also remained silent on the matter.

This lawsuit contributes to the legal challenges for both Chris Brown and Yella Beezy, who have each faced various allegations and legal issues in the past. The outcome of this case could significantly impact both artists’ careers and their future performances.

The plaintiffs are seeking 50 million dollars in damages for physical and emotional suffering, medical expenses, and other related costs.
