Priscilla Rainey is unrelenting in her efforts to collect a $7 million judgment from rapper The Game after winning a sexual battery lawsuit against him. Court documents obtained by AllHipHop reveal that Rainey has served The Game and his manager, Wack 100, with notices of levy, writs of execution, and additional legal notices in an attempt to seize the rapper's assets, including his house in Calabasas, California.
The lawsuit originated from an incident in 2015 when Rainey, a contestant on The Game's VH1 reality show "She's Got Game," accused the rapper of sexual battery. In 2016, a jury awarded Rainey approximately $7 million, a sum The Game has publicly refused to pay. The Game has maintained his innocence, stating, "Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her."
Despite The Game's denials, the legal battle has not turned in his favor. An appeals court denied The Game's request for a new trial, and Rainey successfully sued him again in 2023 over his refusal to comply with the original judgment.
Rainey's latest moves include seeking records of The Game's children's residence and attendance from the school district as part of her efforts to collect the owed amount. This follows her previous success in seizing his publishing and label assets.
Rainey claims that The Game tried to hinder her collection efforts by transferring his home's deed to Wack 100. Both men were listed at the same address in the court documents. If successful, Rainey's latest move could result in The Game losing his Calabasas home.
The high-profile nature of this case has attracted significant public attention, shedding light on issues of accountability and justice within the entertainment industry. As Rainey continues her pursuit, the outcome remains a critical point of interest for both legal observers and fans of The Game.
